Your voice. A ghostwriter's craft.
You show up. You have real stories. People still scroll past. It was never your ideas or your voice. It's how the post is built. This keeps the first two and fixes the third.

sound familiar?
We've seen this before
Good ideas, built badly, get skipped. Five tells we keep seeing.
“Excited to share…” is a warm-up.
What changes Opens on a hook that earns the click.
No air. People bounce.
What changes Formatted for the phone. Every post.
Five bullets. Nothing to respond to.
What changes Built on a structure with a job.
Same prompt, same post, different name.
What changes Reads your old posts. Writes like you.
Same three reactions. Every time.

Three rough drafts, rebuilt below. Same facts, same voice, built to land.

Three rough drafts, one command each. Your facts and your voice stay. The build changes.
Talk through a rough idea, run /write and pick nothing. This is what comes back.

/write post about my online coaching business. started in 2023 at $49 a month, had 40 clients but was replying to dms till midnight and half quit within 3 months. last year cut it to 15 clients at $250 with weekly calls. revenue is higher than with 40 and most of the 15 have been with me over a year. more clients was actually hurting results. ask people what their sweet spot is
At 40 clients my coaching business made less money than it does at 15.
In 2023 I charged $49 a month. Forty people signed up. I was answering DMs until midnight, and half of them quit inside three months.
Last year I cut it to 15 clients at $250 a month, each with a weekly call.
Revenue is higher than it was with 40. Most of those 15 have been with me over a year.
Every client past a certain number wasn't adding income. They were taking attention from the people already paying for it.
Coaches, where's your sweet spot? How many clients before results start slipping?
Template: The Before-and-After Snapshot | Hook: Contrast
The material is two states of the same business with numbers on both sides, so the before and after mirror each other line for line. The contrast opener puts 40 against 15 in the first sentence, which is the whole surprise of the post.
You already have a post and only the opening is weak. One command swaps the hook and leaves the rest alone.
/swap-hook change the opening
I want to share a lesson I learned the hard way this month.
A client hired me for a full brand identity. Three rounds of revisions over five weeks, happy with every one.
I sent the final files and the invoice for the remaining 60%.
Silence. No reply, no follow up. Their Instagram is still active and the new logo is already in their bio.
No contract. Finals sent before final payment. About $1,800 I'll probably never see.
New rule: watermarked previews until the invoice clears.
Has this happened to you? How did you handle it?
Five weeks of work, a client who loved every round, and then I sent the invoice.

Template: The Small Scene | Hook: Open loop (was Confession)
The old opener told the reader a lesson was coming without saying anything about it. The new one puts the happy client and the invoice in the same breath and withholds what happened next, so the silence in the body is the payoff instead of a surprise.
Same material, different structure. You ask for a story and it tells you why it built something else.
/swap-template restructure this, maybe as a story
We moved our team to async standups in March. Three months in, here's what we learned.
1. The daily call was costing more than it gave.
8 people, 20 minutes a day, and most of it was people waiting for their turn.
2. Written updates get read. Spoken ones get forgotten.
Now everyone posts three lines in Slack by 10am. Blockers get picked up within the hour instead of the next day.
3. Meetings dropped, shipping didn't.
We went from 5 sync meetings a week to 1. Our release cadence stayed at two a week.
If your standup has become a status ritual, try a week without it. Curious what other teams have replaced it with.
We cut our sync meetings from 5 a week to 1. We still ship twice a week.
Until March, 8 of us got on a call every day for 20 minutes. Most of that was people waiting for their turn to talk, and a blocker raised on the call got picked up the next day.
Then we moved standup to Slack. Three lines each, posted by 10am.
Now the update gets read instead of forgotten. A blocker posted in the morning gets picked up within the hour. Release cadence hasn't moved.
The standup was never the work. It was 8 people watching each other wait.

Template: The Before-and-After Snapshot (was The Field Notes) | Hook: Contrast
Your three lessons were one change and its result, so it now runs as a sequence. Not a story: that needs a moment you were in, and this is a team result.
One command/write
{ template + hook + voice + formatting } all in one pass
