stop asking discovery questions on sales calls if you book them through outbound

we booked 32 something calls for a SaaS company they closed 0

(story time)

our process is pretty simple:

> we run the outbound
> get positive replies
> then give the sales team all the in-depth research we have on each prospect
> we ask them to look at the data and make a roadmap to show their prospects on the call

but instead of using it…

they followed traditional product demos asking a lot of questions and giving no value

noone seriously care about ur saas features so stop showing features

show them a picture of how their day to day life would look like using ur product and show them how much research u have done

same thing with service based business or any kind of business

u are reaching out to them have a good point on call on why you reached out to them

We booked 32 something calls for a SaaS company and they closed 0.

Our process is pretty simple. We run the outbound and get positive replies. Then we hand the sales team all the in-depth research we have on each prospect and ask them to turn it into a roadmap they can show the prospect on the call.

They didn't use it. They ran traditional product demos instead, asking a lot of questions and giving no value.

So if you book calls through outbound, stop asking discovery questions on them.

Nobody seriously cares about your SaaS features, so stop showing features. Show them a picture of what their day to day would look like using your product. Show them how much research you've done on them.

Same goes for a service based business or any other kind of business. You reached out to them, so have a clear point on the call about why you did.

  • StructureMerged the short lines into tighter paragraphs, so the sequence and brain idea flows as one

I turned Claude into a B2B SALES MEETING MACHINE.
It now generate 5–15 warm leads a month. 2–3 new customers on autopilot.

I didn't want another collection of AI prompts.

I wanted a MEETING ENGINE. A one that constantly improve with intelligence.

So I built one around four stages :
→ Define
→ Research
→ Outreach
→ Learn

Claude sits across the entire process.

It can help:
→ Find ICP accounts
→ Check buying signals
→ Qualify prospects
→ Research opportunities
→ Draft outreach
→ Learn from replies

The important part isn't any individual prompt.

It's the sequence. And the BRAIN behind it.

Each step gives context to the next.

50+ data providers and tools behind one call, always routed to the cheapest source that has the answer.
Think OpenRouter, for GTM.

And right now, the tool i use is in Early ACCESS until mid October. Already more than 5000+ users in 2 weeks.

I’ll share some Free Early Access spots until mid-October to test the brain yourself.

I didn't want another collection of AI prompts. I wanted a meeting engine that keeps getting smarter on its own.

So I built it around four stages.

→ Define
→ Research
→ Outreach
→ Learn

Claude sits across the entire process. It finds ICP accounts, checks buying signals, qualifies prospects, researches opportunities, drafts outreach and learns from replies.

The individual prompts matter less than the sequence and the brain behind it. Each step hands context to the next.

That brain is 50+ data providers and tools behind one call, always routed to the cheapest source that has the answer. Think OpenRouter for GTM.

The tool I use is in early access until mid October and it already has more than 5000 users in 2 weeks.

  • HookNow opens with the Soho billboards and the fact they never mention Smartlead's product
  • StructureShort one-line fragments are merged into fuller paragraphs, so the story flows as one piece
  • ToneDrops the shouty praise and exclamation marks and states the reason it's the best ad

This is the best ad i've seen. 👇🏻

Smartlead is geniuss!!!!

It doesn't say a single word about what smartlead does.

it's a billboard in soho, new york.

that's the street where every wall is a gucci, dior or chanel ad with a famous model on it.

smartlead put up two billboards there that look exactly the same.

same black and white photos. same fonts. same poses.

but the people on them aren't models.

one is Chris Cunningham, who helped build clickup from the start.

the other is Nick Abraham, one of the biggest names in outbound.

the line on top says "not that kind of model."

that's when it clicks.

these are the people worth modelling your business after.

not because they're famous. because they built companies that pay other people's salaries.

walk down that street and you'll see a hundred celebrities.

this is the only billboard with people who created jobs.

----

if you could put one founder on a billboard in soho, who would it be?

I built a free cold email analyser trained on the best 1000+ cold emails we ever sent and I'm pointing it at everyone who spammed me. 👇🏻

My spam folder is now a lead list 🤭

Here's what I'm doing.

» I scraped everyone in my spam folder
» I enriched them against my ICP
» I built a cold email analyser for them (thanks for the idea Manus AI, lol)

Then we retarget them with our offer plus the analyser. The agent works as our lead magnet and gets us a response.

Next we offer them a free cold email health check consultation to see why they're landing in spam. All free.

After that we let them pitch us 😜

We run this today and I'm curious how the campaign goes 🫡

I'll keep you posted. Engage with this post so you get a notification when we share the results.
